REFUNDS & RETURNS
We offer free returns within 30 days and store credit within 60 days. Please make sure that all original tags are attached, original packaging is intact and there are no signs of wear on any of the jewelry. Keep in mind that engraved pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.

Canada, US + Mexico: your return is on us!
Europe + Australia: a $20 CAD fee will be deducted from your refund
International: a $30 CAD fee will be deducted from your refund
• We’re unable to refund original shipping fees on any orders. Orders outside of Canada, US and Mexico may have duties and taxes incurred. You are responsible for paying these fees and we’re unable to waive or refund them, even if the order is returned back to us.
• Pieces that include an engraving are custom made to order so they are final sale. We’re not able to accommodate a change in size or engraving on any engraved items.
• We actually don’t offer exchanges for any pieces. All pieces can be returned for refund or store credit. You can then place a new order for the piece or size you’d prefer!
• If you're returning, email us at and our Customer Happiness team will be happy to provide your return labels for you.
• Once your order arrives back to us, it can take up to 5-10 business days for it to be processed. We’ll be in touch via email with an update on your refund, store credit or replacement! Keep in mind holiday volume may affect return processing, we appreciate your patience!
• Items purchased during a preorder period are not eligible for refund, store credit or exchange. We also cannot cancel orders that are placed during a preorder period at any time prior to shipping. Why? We operate on limited inventory and preorder periods are a “last chance” for those items. Once they sell out, they won’t be returning to our website so we’re not able to accept returns.
